Our Story
Our story starts with humble beginnings in Salinas, California. With more than 15 years of combined experience in the private and non-profit sectors, our founders have led initiatives in operations, safety, and wellness throughout Monterey County.

In 2019, we came together to close a gap—providing practical, bilingual support for businesses and non-profits that needed clear, dependable guidance. Since then, Varnel has grown from a small, scrappy idea into a trusted partner for organizations such as RJP, Juan Avila Photography, Natividad, Action, Latitude 36 Foods and many more.

We’re civic-minded and community-driven—active members of the Salinas Valley Area, Santa Cruz Area, and Pajaro Valley Chambers of Commerce, and proud graduates of California State University, Monterey Bay, where we continue to engage with students and local entrepreneurs.
